BRIAN SANTORO

As a third-generation builder, Brian has literally “grown up” in the custom home business. His early experiences introduced him to the many different trades and allowed him to develop a greater appreciation for the technical and project management aspects of the home building process. These early experiences coupled with an active interest in both science and mathematics led him to pursue a degree in Physics and Engineering. Upon graduation from Purdue University he accepted a position with Motorola’s newly formed Cellular Telephone Business.

During the first 20 years of Brian’s career, he had assumed ever-increasing roles of responsibility in Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and General Management for a number of different businesses within the Motorola Corporation. As the President and General Manager of Motorola Lighting, Brian earned the CEO quality award, the highest honor within the corporation for product and service excellence. During his Career, Brian also earned his MBA from Northwestern’s JL Kellogg School of Management. The hallmark of Brian’s career has been his focus on customer service and quality, which in 1988 earned him the right to attend a White House Ceremony with President Ronald Reagan accepting the first Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.

In 2001, Brian relocated to the Atlanta area to make a lifestyle change and pursue his lifelong interest in custom home building. At that time, Brian launched a new full-service design-build company, Santoro Signature Homes LLC. This new enterprise is dedicated to providing its custom home, remodel and swimming pool clients an intimate, full service, value oriented turnkey experience in realizing their aspiration for outstanding aesthetics with state-of-the-art functional living conveniences.

During the last two decades, Brian has completed over 200 custom home projects ranging from multi-million-dollar custom home estates, major home remodels to exotic swimming pools and entertainment oasis.
